After we agreed on a time and date a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all bookings, and has be made within 24h after our agreement.

Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance in order to transfer your deposit to a new appointment, which must take place within one month of the original date.

If you need to cancel entirely, please inform me as soon as possible. Your deposit, however, will be forfeited.
